- Timer Delay operation, on/off with light switch, over-run timer can be set before switching off.Ideal for replacing noisy or broken 5V 40mm fans.
- IPX5 Rated, BEAB Approved and conforms to Builing Regulations Part F1.All wiring must comply with current IEE regulations. A double pole isolating switch, having a contact separation of at least 3mm in all poles, must be used with a 3 amp fuse fitted. The fan must not be accessible to a person using either the shower or bath and mounted a minimum of 1.8 metres from the floor.

A versatile fan which is supplied in three different operating versions as shown below. All versions include the Xpelair wall and window instalation kit for even greater convenience. Everything you need in one box.

DX100Standard Version - Typically wired into the domestic lighting circuit, the fan switches on/off with the light switch. This straight-forward solution is one of the more common operating types instaled in many homes. |
DX100TTimer Version - Also typically wired into the domestic lighting circuit, turns on with the light switch but can be set to continue to run-on for between 2 minutes and 20 minutes after the light is turned off. This allows the fan to continue to work during the run-on period, clearing steam, vapour and odours. |
DX100HTAHumidistat with Timer Version - Again typically wired into the domestic lighting circuit, however the built-in humidistat determines when the fan will operate. Set the room (RH) relative humidity level at which the fan should start extracting. So when for example, a running shower raises the room RH level to reach the set trigger point, then the fan will start extracting. The required RH activation level can be set from 50% to 90%. Also setting the timer will determine how long the fan should run once it has been activated. This can be set between 2 minutes and 20 minutes. |
